'A German professor once told me that the German philosophers will
never be interested in my interpretation of Hegel - the only thing they
would like to know is the reception of Hegel in Macedonia. I took this
very seriosly. So, since then I have been trying to find out the
meaning of Hegel's philosophy in my "Lebenswelt". But not with the intention
to inform the German philosophers about the domain of Hegel's influence.'
